Hosting a Home Show
It's easy. It's different. It's great fun and it's a privilege to support literacy by spreading the word about Usborne Books.
All you have to do is invite people you know to come to your house to browse our books in person. They will have the opportunity to see the latest titles and do some shopping. These terrific books sell themselves. I'll help you make your list of people to invite and aid you each step of the way to make your show a success for you and me!
Earn Free Books
By hosting a Home Show, you the Hostess will earn FREE Books based on the total of retail sales at your show. Usborne offers a generous hostess rewards program with monthly specials that allow you to add to your hotess rewards earnings. Take a look at the current hostess specials to see what you can earn!
In addition to all the FREE Books you will earn, you also receive an half price allowance based on your show's total retail sales. For every $100 in sales you can purchase $25 of retail books at half price. And that's not all....You may select $20 in books for $5 at each show booked from yours. And at the third show booked from yours you may select one catalog item for FREE!!
What's Required
I will work with you to ensure that your show is a success. Before the show I will provide everything you need to plan your show. I will provide the invitations, help with email communications, give ideas for encouraging guests to come to your show, and give product information and support.
All you have to do is invite people you know to come to your house to browse our books in person. For those who cannot come to the show, you will show them the catalog so they can place an order for your show. It's really easy. At the show, I will show the books to your friends, answer any questions they may have, and take orders.
